Wind Terra Eco 1200

Why WINDTERRA?

Windterra enables consumers to become power generators and create a path to energy independence  uilding tomorrow's energy future, today.

Be part of the SOLUTION The Eco 1200 wind turbine will reduce the average home carbon footprint by 2463 lbs. (1.12 tons) of CO2 annually. Over it's lifetime that isa savings of over 22 tons of CO2. Distributed energy (energy that is produced) at the point of consumption) takes pressure off the electrical grid

The cost of electricity will only increase - the  more expensive electricity becomes, the more money you will save each month. Replace a portion of  Your electricity needs  with 100% green energy YOU produce. Get in the game  at approximatey 1/3 thecost of a solar installation, YOU can afford to be part of the solution. Eco 1200 Specifications Output for annual average

People have been harnessing the wind's power for centuries. But it's only been in the last few decades that the technology for converting the wind's energy into  electricity has made the necessary strides to become a viable source for large-scale energy production. Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine (HAWT) Requires high wind speeds Quite noisy Utility controlled/ managed Improvements in Vertical Axis Wind Turbine technology take advantage of lower wind speeds, those at roof top levels. For the first time consumers will have a competitive alternative to installing a photovoltaic system. Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) Designed to take  advantage of lower wind speeds Virtually free of noise Consumer controlled and managed Distributed Power Generatio

How the WINDTERRA Turbine Works

1 - Turbine spins and 3 phase AC generator produces power at wind speeds as low as 6.6 mph.

2 - Inverter manages the power and deliver useful household power that is compatible with the grid. The inverter also keeps a record of actual output - kWhs produced.

3 - Bi-directional meter connects the wind turbine to the grid, allowing  the meter to credit you for the electricity generated. The meter will spin backwards when the system produces more electricity than is consumed.
